久しぶりの休み、、、しかも久しぶりないい天気、、、、、。なんと勉強日和なんでしょう、、。
最近のソフィアの休診日は結構な確率で天気が悪く、、、アウトドアな休日を過ごせてないのですが、昨日はいいお天気。
でも絶対に参加したかった研究会なので、足取りも軽く、、、はい、、本当に軽く会場へ向かいました。
水道橋にある東京歯科大学のホールです。
今回のメインはアンカースクリューです。何？それは？と思う方もいらっしゃると思いますが、物を動かすには
力を加えなくては動かない、、、ですよね？？でもその力を発現させるには固定源（平たく言えば土台になるような？）
があって 初めて力が発現します。
チタン合金のネジを骨に埋入して そこから牽引力などをかけて歯を動かしていくということ。
埋入する場所や種類によって用途は無限大！
ソフィア矯正でも多数の患者さんに使用していますが、今回はそのスクリューの勉強会でした。
行ってよかった！！自分の治療法の整理もでき、また沢山のアイデアをいただきました。もうワクワクです！！
I attended the workshop for anchor screw as the clinic was closed yesterday. For me, it was a holiday for the first time in a while. Also it was a fine day for the first time in a long time.
What a perfect day for study!
Recently when our office is closed, the weather is generally not good. I haven't been able to spend holidays outdoors. But the weather was really good yesterday.
But, this workshop was what I had really wanted to attend, so I was very much willing to go to the place. It was held at the hall of Tokyo Dental College in Suidobashi.
The main theme was anchor screw. What is anchor screw? Have you heard of it? Force has to be applied to put something in motion, doesn't it? To create the force, anchorage is necessary - it's a kind of foundation if I put it simply.
We bury screws of the titanium alloy in a bone and move teeth by tractive force from them.
They have various uses depending on their types and the places to bury.
We use them for many of our patients. The workshop was to learn more about the screws.
I'm very happy I went to the workshop! I could organize my treatment methods and at the same time I could get a lot of ideas. I was so excited!!
